Charo Automotive is a local repair shop outside Rapid City, led by Ken: brake specialist, engineer, and owner who puts customers first.
Meet Ken
Ken is a brake specialist with an engineering degree, and it shows in how he works. Brakes are the core of this shop, but his knowledge runs across foreign and domestic vehicles, diesel, gas and electric. He has measured more rotors than he can count, and when a driver asks "is this safe to drive?", he answers the question straight, every time.
Customers come first here, always. Ken explains what he found in plain language, shows you the worn part, prices the job straight, and never sells work your car does not need. That is why drivers come to us from Rapid City and Ellsworth AFB.
